About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for; monitoring the progress of and expediting customer and supplier orders through the business. Facilitate coordination with suppliers and customers and provide information from internal sales, procurement, finance and logistics to management to ensure the timely delivery of orders to customers and ensure deadlines are met. In this role, the successful candidate will be a part of our efficient and hugely fast-paced teams who coordinate all of the company’s business development requirements while also managing our order database and ensuring that all system records are accurately maintained.

Candidate essential requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 2 years+ experience in a Sales Support or similar role
- Excellent documentation, communication (Fluency in English) and order management skills
- Demonstrated excellence in using Excel and order management systems
- Flexibility to work in international work time shfits (India, UK & Europe)
The main responsibilities will include:
- Pro-actively support the Business Development team to meet business objectives through the timely and efficient processing of Sales and Purchase Orders to meet revenue targets
- Monitor existing and incoming Sales Orders and Purchase Orders and advise internal/external customers and suppliers of the progress of their order
- Update and control the data within the Sales and Purchase Order database
- Support the communication of order schedules to the management team
- Communicate priority deadlines and information from Sales and Procurement to Management
- Complete all pre-sales documentation and coordinate with Logistics and Finance where required
- Provide efficient and knowledgeable support to ensure successful customer account management is attained and demonstrated
- Act as a secondary Point of Call for customers/suppliers

- Should be a self-learner and willing to take up challenges
- Ability to forward think to allow strategic planning and prioritisation of tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and react to unexpected issues/problems in a controlled manner
- Ability to use initiative, problem-solving skills and the ability to assess risk and feasibility
