Case Study
Our previous supplier was very unreliable with our paper demands. The paper did not arrive on time, the pricing was very high and the paper was not of a very good quality – it did not work well with our machines and we had a lot of waste.
We are based in India and although we can speak in English some members of staff are not very confident in English, and the language difference was becoming a problem with our old supplier.
We approached PG Paper as they work with mills worldwide which means that we can finally buy different origins of paper. The team speak Hindi which meant that all of our team could speak to the PG team and we had one point of contact at PG Paper for all of our demands.
The payment terms with PG Paper are flexible and they understand our needs, and they are able to deliver to our local port (Chennai, South India) with ease. This is helpful for us as we can arrange all of the documentation and customs in India.
Our main grade is Kraft liner, FBB and corrugated papers, but with PG Paper we have been able to work with more grades like newsprint, SCA/B and LWC. This has diversified our market and helped us work with more customers.
