We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead the ongoing CRM implementation project and oversee broader systems management within our organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the CRM project successfully while also ensuring the overall health and efficiency of our IT systems and networks. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing CRM implementation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder requirements, and project milestones.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring delivery within established timelines and budgets.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for CRM customization, configuration, and integration efforts, leveraging best practices and industry standards to maximize business value and user adoption.
- Drive change management initiatives to promote user adoption and organizational readiness for CRM transformation, delivering training, support, and communication strategies as needed.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security across all IT environments.
- Evaluate and optimize existing systems, processes, and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, streamline business processes, and support future scalability and growth.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of IT policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company data, mitigate cybersecurity risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in CRM and systems management, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to the organization.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on IT-related matters, providing insights, recommendations, and guidance to support strategic decision-making and drive digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- Proven track record of success in leading complex CRM implementation projects and managing IT systems and networks in a leadership or director-level role.
- Extensive experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
- Strong understanding of systems management principles, methodologies, and best practices, with proficiency in managing IT infrastructure, servers, storage, and networking technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, data governance, and regulatory compliance requirements related to IT systems and networks.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of translating business needs into actionable IT solutions and driving organizational change.
