After surviving and winning the tuk tuk race in 2015, CEO and COO of PG Paper, Poonam and Puneet Gupta, respectively, have signed up for a second challenge in October for the fabulous Elephant Family Charity.
The entrepreneurs will be part of a fleet of 50 teams racing, Gujarati 3 wheeler Chagdas and Royal Enfields over 800km across India through the blazing hot deserts and crowded streets of Rajasthan for the tuk tuk race, all in aid of the Indian elephant helping to secure their natural habitat and making a positive impact on the lives of 500,000 families across India alone.
Their personal mission is to raise an additional £12,000 in supporting The Elephant Family who work endlessly in creating elephant corridors, which reconnect the forest fragments back together again and enable elephants and all the other animals, to move safely from one patch to the next without coming into conflict with human beings. Your donation will directly support the corridor projects across India.
The link below will take you to their fundraising page for you to pledge your support, however big or small will really make a difference and be greatly appreciated.
